Browsing data

The IT systems and the software procedures arranged for the use of this website acquire, during their normal functions, some personal data the transmission of which is implied in the use of the Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with the identified persons concerned, but that, due to its nature, might, through processing and associations with data hold by third parties, allow to identify the users. In this category of data, for example, there are the IP addresses or the domain names of the computer or of the other tools used by the users connecting to the website, the URI addresses or of the requested sources and any temporal indications of them, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server  (successful, error etc.) and other parameters relevant to the operating system and to the user’s computer environment. These data are used for the purpose of collecting anonymous statistic information on the use of the website and to control its correct functioning and they are immediately cancelled after the processing.

Our Company, as data controller, and each of the external persons in charge, if any, as above identified, will manage and file with automated and/or paper instruments the personal data collected through the use of the website and of its different functionalities that may be activated by the user upon request, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or voluntarily communicated by the user. Specific safety measures, as provided for by the art. 32 of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679, are implemented to prevent the loss of the data, illicit or improper uses, and unauthorized accesses. The data are managed only by personnel authorized by the data controller; in case of need, the personal data connected to the services may be processed by the company personnel/advisors in charge of the technical management of the website, appointed external person in charge of the processing in compliance with the art. 28 of the Regulation. Under no circumstances the data will be the object of disclosure. No personal proliferation activity on the above-mentioned data by the user is provided for.

 

 

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED

The subjects which the processed data referred to, are guaranteed all the rights as per art. 15, 16, 17, 18 of the Regulation 679 (access with confirmation of the existence or not of one’s own data processing; amendment, cancellation and limitation of the processing where appropriate).
